Please plan for about a week's time. It takes about 2 days to process the order, then another 2-5 days for shipping.

At the time, we do not have a storefront. We operate out of a licensed, permitted kitchen, where we create all the magic! Our kitchen is located in West Lynn, and the address is at the top of your invoice.

We are NOT a peanut-free facility. However, we ARE a tree nut-free facility! Our little pastry elf is severely allergic to all tree nuts, so there is a 100% guarantee that there will never be any tree nuts processed in the kitchen!

**Coconut is used on premise. However, according to most scientific articles and medical websites, coconut is NOT a botanical nut, and most nut allergies are okay with coconut**

**Some ingredients are processed in facilities that also produce tree nuts. We strive to only use ingredients from nut-free facilities, however, sometimes there are ingredients that cannot be sourced from dedicated nut-free brands**

Please give us 24-72 hours for a response. Our little pastry elf is hard at work, whipping up something wonderful! She will respond as quickly as she can. Thank you for your patience!

Booking and availability will vary based on the time of year. We would suggest booking no later than a month before your event to ensure availability.

Please keep in mind that all wedding inquiries should be sent at least 4-6 months prior to the big day. We want to ensure that the sweet ending to your event is one less thing to worry about near crunch time!!

**If a December date is desired, please give 6 weeks notice for inquiries, as we book up FAST!**

For wedding orders, we do require a signed contract along with a deposit to hold and book their date.

Other custom orders do not need a signed contract, but they will require a deposit.

Final balances for weddings should be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the big day.

Final balances for all other events should be paid two days prior to the pick-up or delivery date.

Absolutely, but please let us know! As hard as our little pastry elf has tried, she unfortunately cannot read the minds of others! How fun that would be, though! Therefore, we won't write anything unless strictly directed to do so.

PAL's creates every custom item with all the love in our hearts and passion in our work. We choose not to copy other artists' work as they also worked hard to come up with their creations! We can absolutely do similar themes and styles, but it will not be an exact replica. We will gladly draw inspiration from whatever pictures you send us, and we will work hard to create something unique just for you!!
